Client Contacted: We try to reply to every initial enquiry within 24 hours. We will then arrange an appointment that is convenient for you, so we can discuss your requirements.
Site Visit and Initial Estimate: During the pre-arranged site visit we will discuss your requirements and the most appropriate method of achieving them. You will be provided with an initial verbal estimate of the cost of works. You will not be charged for this initial consultation.
Written Quotation: We will provide you with a written quotation by post with the agreed upon specification for work. This will include our terms and conditions relating to the quotation.
Quote Accepted: Once you have accepted the written quote, we will contact the Local Council to confirm whether the intended works are affected by a Conservation Area or a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). If applicable, we will supply the Local Council with a proposal/planning application for the intended works. This process can take up to six weeks in the case of a Conservation area and eight weeks in the case of a TPO.
Works date arranged: Assuming the local council has no objections, we will arrange a suitable day to complete the agreed works.
Completion of Works: Before commencing any work on the site, the team leader will complete a site specific risk assessment, and brief the team accordingly. Whilst on site and after the completion of the works, we will double check that you are satisfied with the work.
Invoice Sent: Once work is completed on site, we will send you a written invoice by post.
